Studies & approval.
I make two or three small studies — palette, composition, weight. You pick the direction. 50% deposit locks the slot.
Paint & deliver.
The painting is made in Melbourne, photographed in natural north light, and shipped fully insured. Final 50% on delivery.

Pricing is straightforward — AUD 0.25 per cm². Tiers just give a sense of the brackets most commissions land in.

The usual questions.
How long does a commission take?+
Between three and fourteen weeks depending on size. Larger works take longer because the surface needs time to set between layers. I only take six commissions a quarter so there is always room to think.
What are the paintings made from?+
Acrylic and gesso on stretched linen or primed board. Larger works often include sand or marble dust for texture. Every painting is signed on the front and dated on the back.
Can I send you a photograph or a palette?+
Yes, please do. Photographs of your space, swatches of fabric, even a colour in a dream. The more you send, the more the work will belong to the room it lives in.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. Small and medium works ship rolled in a tube. Large and statement pieces ship stretched in a custom crate with full insurance. Shipping is quoted separately.
Can a commission be returned?+
Rarely, and only if there is a genuine issue. Because each work is made for your room, returns are agreed to on a case-by-case basis before deposit.
Is the estimate final?+
It is close, not final. The base rate is AUD 0.25 per cm². Exceptional linens, gold leaf, or custom framing will add a little. You will see a full itemised quote before you commit.
